Shepard Fairey’s, now fairly iconic, Barack Obama “Hope” original has been added to the National Portrait Gallery. The National Portrait Gallery, run by the Smithsonian, has added the original to its permanent collection. The gallery will not release how much they paid for the piece, I'm sure it was a lot. The piece will be hung in the gallery on inaguration day. Check out the full story over at usatoday.com.
