Wierd it looks like they pulled the tutorial, I'll try to find it again and re-do the link.
I looked all of the place for the cached version of this, and I cannot find it. I checked the comments on some of the other tutorials and no one seems to know what happened to the tutorial, maybe Chuck Anderson contact PSDTuts and made them pull it, I don't really know.
