I've done a lot of sculpture in the past through high school and college, and I have a ton of respect for anyone who artist who does sculpture and does it well. I really like Karen Caldicott's work, especially her Mr. Incredible and Sponge Bob Square Pants, although Sponge Bob does look a bit drunk in the above one. Each of the models are sculpted out of plasticine, and are between 6" and 8" high. wow, what a fantastic blog you have. It is hard to not comment on all the wonderful things you have here. But once i saw this i had to stop - Mr Incredible looks incredible! We went to the PIXAR exhibition a couple of months ago and it was great to see all the backing work that goes into the features.
