Why Me?

Beautiful car day here, the new Ferrari 430 Scuderia. 510hp and no top end speed yet but I'm guessing it will be up in the 200mph somewhere. Obviously a absolutely spectacular car, and if anyone says this is a mid-life crisis car please oh please give me a mid-life crisis now.

I'll just post some of the press release that Porsche put out today because I can't write it any better.

"Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG of Stuttgart, Germany, is to expand its mid-engine coupé model range with the launch, in November 2007, of the Cayman S “Porsche Design Edition 1”, a limited-edition special series. Porsche has incorporated various design disciplines into this very special mid-engine coupé: the black exterior emphasizes the purist nature of the 295-bhp sports car and, at the same time, is a nod to Porsche Design and the famous Chronograph 1s designed by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche precisely 35 years previously."

Ok now that I have stopped drooling over this car, I can say that only 777 are going to be made, sadly only a select few are actually going to get their hands on this beauty. For 70,000 Euros it is a bit of a bargain for any limited edition high end luxury car, obviously not a bargain to me but definitely a bargain to those who have the money to actually look at this car.
