The tattoo tester is a kit that allows you to make temporary tattoo transfers onto your body, it comes with carbon paper and transfer paper to help you do so. JuliAnn came up with this kit to help people choose a tattoo design that they know they will love, so that you wont be one of the 6.5 million people who regret their tattoo. The kit also comes with an information-packed brochure on tattoo history and statistics.
